T.R.A.C.life Policy Reminders
- Visits with a purpose - all visits should meet one of our goals
- Respect the religious beliefs of the camper/mentee and family
- Report ALL spending
- Local metro driving only
- No mentor family contact
- Be seen - be in public
- No alcohol, tobacco or controlled substances (including marijuana)
- No guns
- Keep your personal information and valuables safe
- No overnight visits
- Minimal gifts - don't become just a source of "stuff"
- Expenses over $25 per person must be pre-approved
- High-risk activities (anything requiring a waiver or risk of injury) must be pre-approved
- Your relationship is with the mentee - NOT the foster family
- Do not get involved in family squabbles
- You are a mandatory reporter - if you feel the youth is in an unsafe situation, contact your T.R.A.C.life director to report the situation
- For life-threatening emergencies, dial 9-1-1
